Once you are comfortable in our studio. The hairdresser will inform you of how your hair unit is looking. They will be honest and candid in their approach. No lies to make a commission. How refreshing. If a repurchase is needed then the process is menu driven. No specials for just today, no sales spiel. If your needs can not be met, they will not accept you as a client. Our hairdresser’s task is to make you look great, not cut corners to get a sale.
Glower Hair Replacement System Menu – We have designed this just like a hotel rating system, it is very simple, the higher the star rating the better the hair system is and the better you look. It is also customised around how often you want servicing, weekly or fortnightly, the more often you have servicing the better you look.

We would love all clients to have the highest star system if possible; however we understand that finances can be an issue. The lower star packages still look great but they are not as undetectable as the 5 or 6 star packages. To give you the chance to have the very best, we offer all packages on a monthly payment system through our direct debit process. To qualify for this system you must be a Singaporean resident and provide your NRIC for identification.
